The Willows

The Willows is a large detached property, set within its own private grounds close to the town of Yarm, in the North East of England. The Willows is situated in close proximity to Stockton, Darlington, Middlesbrough and shares very good travel links with Teesside, Durham and North Yorkshire.

The house has a gated driveway, large front and rear gardens with a large decked and paved area to the side of the property. There is space to the front of the property for visitor parking, including a double garage.

The Willows is decorated and furnished to a particularly high standard and the children have added their own ideas to colour scheme, design and fabric. The layout of the house provides generous space for the children to enjoy group / individual activities in communal or private areas.  On the ground floor, there are four spacious communal areas including a large lounge, a “snug”, an open plan kitchen & dining area, a garden room overlooking the rear garden, a utility room, an office and WC.
